The Student Conduct Procedures outline the appeal process for students in violation of University policy. Students are provided 10 calendar days to submit the appeal petition, which is then reviewed as indicated in the Procedures. The three grounds to submit an appeal include:
- Violation of Due Process
- Violation of Fundamental Procedural or Substantive Standards
- New Evidence.
